How Nowtowa Works

For 'Now Tow' Service:

1. When you need a vehicle towed, simply scan the Nowtowa sticker on the vehicle using the Nowtowa app.
2. The vehicle owner is immediately notified via the app and given a chance to respond.
3. If the owner doesn't respond within 15 minutes, Nowtowa automatically contacts a local towing service to initiate the tow.
4. You can track the progress and receive updates through the app.

For 'No Tow!' Service:

1. If you're a registered Nowtowa user, your vehicle is protected against unwanted towing.
2. When someone attempts to initiate a tow, you receive an immediate notification through the Nowtowa app.
3. You have 15 minutes to respond to the notification to prevent the tow.
4. If you're unable to respond, the tow will proceed, but you'll be informed every step of the way.
